The price is subject to change by currency rates, change of wholesale prices or shipping costs.
If the price of your items changes after we have received your order, we will let you know by e-mail.
- Merchandise Availability
Even if the merchandise is available on the online shopping site,
we may not be able to supply it due to temporary stock shortage or other
reasons.
- Shipping Options
We post goods by courier or regular parcel, whichever you prefer.
The most inexpensive method is regular parcel by NZ post.
Be aware that this method is untraceable and Graphic Novel Cafe will not take any responsibility
if the merchandise is lost or damaged.

- Shipping Cost
It is dependant on 1) delivery destination, 2) parcel size and weight and 3) shipping method.
3-4 graphic novels or 4-5 DVD's by regular parcel will cost $4.50(including handling fee) to deliver
to any location in NZ within 2-3 business days.
* $1.00 handling fee will applied to all parcels.
- Payment Options
You will be asked to choose a payment option before you check out. Currently, there are 2 options.
- Direct Debit
You can transfer payment to the Graphic Novel Cafe account. Bank account number will be informed by email.
- Personal Cheque

- Credit Card
| We accept Master Card/Visa Credit Card. |

Graphic Novel Cafe promise not to pass on your email address,
home address or any other personal detail, to any third party.
- Return/Refund
If the merchandise we ship to you is faulty, you can return it to us for a replacement,
a full refund or for store credit.
In order to return merchandise, you will need to:
- Return the items in their original condition.
- Include proof of purchase.
- Return within 15 business days of the delivery date.
