Not as downright BAD as Woof mind you..... But on a scale of 1 to Absolute Evil I would be registering around "Columbian Cartel" and "Fictional Sith Lord" whereas Woof is headed down the "No Redemption" "Kamituro" "They Sacrificed Babies to me in past" scale......
